No agenda. No pitching. No pressure. We meet once a month. We keep it casual. We leave better than we came.

We built this community because we believe the best version of fatherhood doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when good men pour into each other — sharing what's working, being honest about what isn't, and occasionally just laughing about how hard and how beautiful this whole thing is.
Our members are some of the most accomplished people on the Peninsula. But none of that matters here. Inside PDC we're all just dads trying to figure it out together.

Why I started Peninsula Dad Club
I started Peninsula Dad Club because I couldn't find what I was looking for.
I'm a husband, a father of two young kids, and I just moved to the Peninsula from the City. When my children were born I realized something — fatherhood can be incredibly isolating if you let it be. Between work, family, and everything in between, it's easy to go months without a real conversation with another dad who gets it.
So I decided to build the thing I was looking for.
No agenda. No pitch. Just a group of good men who show up once a month, pour a drink, and talk honestly about what it means to be a present father in a busy world.
What started as a small idea has grown into something I'm genuinely proud of. Fathers from every background coming together around one simple common denominator — we all love our kids and we want to do this thing right.
